I've had many different bank accounts that range from Maine to Minnesota and in between. I've never in my life had one with such a slow app for online banking.
I am a person who keeps track of my finances. I have a calendar and a spread that calculates my income and debt to ratio as well as what bill is due when and checking those account to make sure they are paid.
I've never in my life ever overfrafted my account until this bank (btw they don't even call you about it. They just email you a day later. Thank you for not telling me so that I have to pay the overdraft fee. Which can be avoided if you pay the negative that day) . I've over drafted the account ltwo times in the two months I've had it because pending payments from like two weeks ago will finally go through and I last checked my bank account it was at say 700 that night and the next morning it's at 50. Not cool one bit. I'll be researching a new bank. I will not let a bank hinder my credit!!
On a side note yes the review to this addressed bank is more for the online banking. But the staff is very friendly. I've had a couple who were a little numb and didn't understand what it meant that we were traveling to Maine and travel there very often and to not worry when there are charges in Maine or New Hampshire. The branch manager talks a whole lot but very friendly and ready to give a helping hand. I was looking forward to hearing her advice to save on a house but I won't be with the bank for long so no point.
