Avalon Station 250

Not much of one for writing reviews, but very pleased with Avalon Station 250. The train ride from the train station across the street into Boston is quick (20 minutes to Back Bay and 25 to South Station). Highway access is excellent. The kids love the pool and the ability to walk over to Legacy Place. The staff is very professional and friendly. In particular, Josh and Brian from the leasing office were extremely helpful when I was moving in, and the maintenance staff has addressed items as they've arisen very efficiently and thoroughly. Good technology interface for maintenance requests, bill payment, etc.

Great service by front office staff and great response time and service from maintenance staff. Property is well kept and frequently being updated. You can’t find a more convenient location to the commuter rail with the convenience of legacy place and access to 95/128 for these rates. Not necessarily cheap but worth the value you get.
