I live at Avalon Prudential. I wanted to mention about the maintenance team, which is a great team. Recently, Bahrudin, a member of the maintenance team was called to my apartment for a maintenance issue that arose past 1a.m. and I was impressed with his positive attitude even though it was early in the morning, and he also kept to arriving at an agreed time later in the day to finish fixing the maintenance issue. In the past, another member of the maintenance team was called in the late night to fix a fire alarm issue and he also had a good attitude, even it being late at night. Overall, the maintenance team are hard workers and do a great job. Also, the concierge does a great job, too.
