Avalon at The Pinehills

I used to love it. Now I find it overpriced, and in disrepair, expensive to heat and cool as the windows are very large but very drafty. It's been 3 weeks and the one grill for the building is busted/as in the top snapped off the hinges. The snow removal was horrible. My heating unit failed and it took over a week to fix. They did provide space heaters. We pay over $30,000.00 a year in rent for a 2 bedroom apartment.
