Worst car buying experience to date. I have bought from this dealer in the past and was happy. Not this time. I made an offer on a Jeep that we were unable to agree on. They wanted more for car than I was willing to pay and that was fine. Couple days later I found another vehicle at same dealer. I called back original salesman. No return phone call. Contacted their online chat to make offer and purchase vehicle that evening. No return call. Figured everyone is busy tried one more time and got the rudest used car manger I have ever talked to. Explained situation and it sounded as if he took it personally and became very agitated. What set him off was the fact that my offer was made online. Apparently online offers are not welcome here. He even stated "people need to realize they need to come to a dealer to buy a car". I was buying a car for my daughter and it was going to be a cash deal and simply wanted to show up prepared with the money that night for the car simple and done. Bottom line if you prefer to make on offer online this is certainly not the place.

Serge, Stephanie, and Jill were all awesome. I did 95% of the deal over the phone. Very professional. Car was as described and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed. I have bought over 30 cars in my life and this one experience was as good as any.
