Auntie Anne's Pretzels

Stopped in at 11:15 and was told they "werent open" and to come back in 5 minutes. Came back at 11:30 and they didn't have anything cooked and asked me to come back in 8 minutes. Came back at 11:50 and the ONLY thing they had ready to be sold was a single hot dog pretzel. The girl said she "didn't know" what time they opened. Disgusted with the service.

I bought a small drink with my debit card, which by the way the drink was terrible, a few days later I checked my banks withdrawl history and it says that they charged me $16.00, I tried to call the number listed online and there was no response.
