i have been there before, maybe like 4 times, the pretzels were good, but wetzels pretzels are better.
All the other times were fine, but the last 2, maybe 3 times i have been there i have gotten the same old lady who doesn't want to take 5 minutes to make a non buttered pretzel.
since im vegan religiously, i find it quite rude that she has all the time to make buttered pretzel, but not enough time to hold the butter on one of them; and thats not all, she was very rude about it to. she also was so loud people from the mall were staring which made me very uncomfortable.
thankfully there are 2 in the mall, (one in the middle and one near macys) though its annoying since i hardly go to any stores on the macys side of the mall, and the line is way longer (i understand why) but if you really need your pretzel fix, not even because im vegan, a worker should never be as rude as she was.
So every one, if you dont want to be treated like junk, go to the location near macys.
