Aspen Dental

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted and had couple check ups here. This location is absolutely the best! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I feel welcomed and comfortable when I step into their facility.

(initial review - 5 stars) WOW. OK - first - I got seen within 24 hours. I'm so used to having to wait WEEKS to be seen at Gentle Dental, that this floored me. Also, no argument about having a tooth pulled. They've got the new surround x-ray machine. Staff is INCREDIBLY courteous, VERY comforting - and they ACTUALLY LISTEN TO YOU! It was so unlike what I've become used to dealing with Gentle Dental, that I've vowed to start taking better management of my dental issues --- PROVIDED I can come to Aspen Dental to do it. (new review - 2 stars) Well, that didn't last. Like too many services that were too-good-to-be-true, it appears that Aspen Dental's commitment to customers has gone by the wayside. I tried to set up an appointment, but couldn't get the office manager to do that. Apparently their (or at least her) focus is now on attracting NEW patients, leaving former patients in the lurch. (I don't know what kind of successful business strategy comes out of that.) So now I have to find some place where I can be seen. But I'm sure the office manager is happy - one more former patient she'll never have to talk to again!
