My 3 year old loved going to the dentist! Plenty of parking, no wait (though the were great toys in the waiting room - especially the train!), friendly staff, and Dr J (himself a parent of small kids) did great with my son. His teeth were brushed with chocolate toothpaste, "counted", and polished with no drama. And a huge balloon to play with afterward - and even a second when he popped the first! Highly recommend!
