Jocelyn saved my color emergency!! I had been to two other places in 2 weeks my hair was way too dark and totally frizzed from multiple attempts at highlights. My daughter's wedding was in 4 days!! Jocelyn suggested a demineralization treatment, (I think because the water in this area is so full of minerals, also called hard water) which brought my base color from a DARK brown to a light brown and I asked for an intensive Kerastase mask. My hair looked great! She was more concerned about the condition of my hair than selling me services I didn't need. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. What a breath of fresh air!! I went back 4 weeks later with a photo and she did a great job again! She takes her time to get everything just right. I'll be a life long client. I wanted to also mention about entering Ardan for the first time. Of course I was upset about my hair and the wedding, but I soon felt very welcome and at ease. The owner greeted me at the desk, and walked with me into the salon area, introducing me to my Jocelyn. This made me feeI comfortable, not awkward and soon I felt I was in excellent hands with Jocelyn!! Thank you Jocelyn!! And thank you Ardan.
