Applebee’s

Once we were seated it took 20 minutes to get a waitress to our table and she already walked by us a handful of times. It wasn't busy and it was about 845pm. Once she took our drink order it took 15 more minutes for soda and finally she took our orders. The waitress brought out our appetizer within a reasonable time but our food followed right away. So now my cheeseburger is wrong and not the what I asked for (no cheese and no special sauce) so she takes it back and they just threw a piece of cheese on there and warmed it in the microwave. Now it's completely dried out and the bun is far from fresh. Tasted old and the bread crumbled as I ate it. At this point I got rkd of the bun and what I could of the burger because I just wanted to leave. I can't even give them a excuse on why it was bad service. My husband and child got 2 chicken dinner platters and they were fine, fries were a little cold but do able. I have been to other Applebee's and not had this problem but at this location I wasn't pleased.
