I purchased 2 items online, when they arrived one part was incorrect I called and the phone was answered, I explained the situation and the gentleman said to return the part and he would exchange it for the correct part. several weeks went without any delivery I called again and said oh yes he did remember and would get it in the mail asap. Still no part. I have left several messages no one answes the phone and still no part!!
