Very motivating and friendly staff! Awesome people to work out with. Everyone there is for the same goal. While it may seem intense and it is, you go at your pace. I was very nervous that i would not be able to do it, but I DID! And i love it. With the variety of classes there is no excuse not to go. Come and give it a try.
