I'm very upset with this place. it took my car 3 months to be repaired and been lied to many times. instead of being honest they kept saying my car would be ready by the end of the week. since they took so long and lied to me countless times I've lost my job since I've been out a car for 3 months when originally i was told a week. not only did they lie to me when i picked up my car, my keys was broken and super glued. like really u cant repair my keys or buy me new ones so u have to super glue it? and how do u even manage to ruin and break someones keys when it was pretty much brand new. very unprofessional

Well well well , I must say I expected this place to have bad reviews. so long story short, last year on February 2,2015 there was a snow storm , Julio the manger hit my drivers side door while i was stuck in the snow and caused over 1000 dollars worth of damage yet he saw me stuck in the snow from at least 200 feet away or maybe he wasn't paying attention to what was in front of him, he didn't even try to maneuver around my car when there was more than enough space but instead he went right into my door. Salem police came and only spoke to me for 5 minutes but spoke to julio for 20 minutes and they seemed like they knew each other my guess is he had a good story for the cops so he wouldn't be at fault and I tried speaking to the owner bob who i guess had no idea about the accident but told me it was my fault and i had to deal with it and but i just had court recently and the judge found that im no longer at fault due to my detailed evidence and pictures . Bob and julio are dishonest men and need to grow up I'm 23 do it all on my own and these guys own a auto body shop. The manager julio does not like to admit to his faults which is very sad all i want is for my door to not be dented so rain and snow doesn't enter and these guys don't have any common decency to admit and just help me out with something that is their fault . If i didn't have so many responsibilities Id boycott this place to no longer be in business. Like they say an honest business is a good business and when you treat people good they will come back and recommend you. I was only able to post this by giving them one star yet they dont deserve any.
