If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had heard about Allen's Uniforms from several Boston hospitals whom had positive experiences with them. I reached out to them and after LOTS of pushing finally got a mock up ready to go to print some items.....and then crickets - absolutely no response despite several polite emails that then escalated to frustrated emails. The absolutely rudest and worst customer service - I only write reviews when warranted and if you do business with these people good luck at getting a respectful response,....or any at all. Beware - if they want to keep this business running maybe they should attempt at responding to their customers.
