No issues here. Professional and courteous service. The store is very nicely organized and conveniently located. Can just about get any package to the destinations I need to without hassle. What's not to like? I can't comment on the experiences of other posters, but it is fair to say the store can pretty busy at times, which would make it difficult for any attendant working at those times to be as responsive to phone calls. Your best bet is to come and check your box and/or confirm package receipt via confirmation labels. That's what I do. There are a few new staff members working there now and expect to receive the same quality of service, except faster. Been a customer for 4 years.
