What a joy it is to visit an Audiologist who takes the time to listen to your hearing problems and then performs all the associated tests needed to decide what approach will best help improve your hearing. I was given a number of choices that would meet my need. The new Oticon OPN was my selection. It had all the features I wanted including Bluetooth which enabled me to hear phone, music, computer, and TV thru them! What a great feature. What was most satisfying was the fact that Dr. Pfleger was able to attain my perfect hearing level and hearing aid settings on the first try. Her attention to my fitting was much appreciated. Within a minute I had virtually forgotten I had hearing aids in. There was no adjustment period for me. My wife is ecstatic at the fact that I don't keep saying "what" to her questions. I've been wearing them now for approx. 1-1/2 years with absolutely no problems. I can't recommend Dr. Pfleger highly enough. .
