Ordered a NEW Poulan Hedge Trimmer from SEARS... ORDER FULFILLED by Action Packaged, Inc...I received a banged up generic brown box with "gas hedge trimmer" stamped on the box and a big , yellow tape stating the item inside is a REFURBISHED GAS HEDGER !! I did not order a refurbished gas hedger...Shame on you SEARS for not caring more about your reputation !!!
